Halter dress, ties at back of neck, zips up back.
Material Notes
Dollar bin fabric. It was in the dollar bin because it was already cut. I bought it, took it home, and just started trying to make somethng out of it. It started out as just a top when I realized that's I had a lot more fabric there than I'd thought.
