Montego Bay, Jam...
Rust Colored Hi-Lo Dress that I sewed to go to a company function. It was really easy. If you can draft a tube top, then you can do this dress. You would only need to extend the length it, add allowance for the flare to the sides and then draw the curved section for the bottom of the dress. I also braided the belt with some gold something-or-the-other that I had on hand. Even the CEO of the company told me I was beautiful! Can we say FLUSTERED?!
The only real issue I have is that the knit doesn’t hold up well in the wash so after 2 washes, it’s starting to look faded :( Oh well, it’s a good thing I can just sew another one.
Plan a weekend getaway in these sweater dresses and furry accessories.
