Variation on the August pattern in Burdastyle. Again with the V-back, and again with a side zipper. Would you believe that within half an hour of taking these pics it would start snowing?
20cm zip, matching thread, large offcut of herringbone fabric. Very itchy- should have lined it, but intend to wear as vest over white shirt.

It looks fantastic. This is inspiring; did you try with sleeves as well?

I was meaning to try it with the sleeves, but I haven’t got any fabric in my stash that inspires me to do it… Loved the long-sleeved black version from the mag. Did try the cap sleeves- surprisingly easy!

Thanks! Slightly addicted to the pattern- it’s the third top I’ve made… Have to say, was fishing through your projects, and the floral sweetheart with polka dot inserts was inspiring! Already fishing through my fabric to see if I can produce an homage :)
