I made this tote bag for my little niece who just turned 4. Every year I made a dress for her but she’s growing up so quickly I think this year an accessory would get more use. The fabric is strengthened with fusible fleece and sew on heavy interfacing. The lining is a polka dot red fabric. I also used some of the left over fabric to make two handkerchiefs.
