I’ve been wanting a pinafore dress for ages and kept seeing them everywhere on etsy and BurdaStyle and streeet fashion blogs… but no real patterns for grown ladies with a modicum of boob. so I whipped up a pattern using gasp maths and my measurements, and about 3 hours later (I’m still amazed) it was ready!
okay, I’m lying a bit, i still had to hem it but i did that the next day and it took about 20 minutes!
If anyone is interested I’ll come up with an instruction thingy for how I did it- super-easy!
slightly stretchy floral cotton, metal button for covering, apple cotton fabric.

I’m definitely interested! I had been looking at apron patterns to alter but I don’t know that that would turn out as nicely as yours.
