Thanks guys…. oh i dont even remember how i did the ruffles, i think i cut a long strip of material and every half inch or inc i folded it about 1/8 or 1/4 inch and sew over it. then i surged the ends. Presto!!!! CUte!

Adorable in every way. You certainly made the very best use of your limited material, and I love all the details (gentle neckline ruffle, the knotted tie at center, the side-slits and fringe at the hemline). You look like a model, but I think a lot of different body-types could wear this, and that’s always encouraging to see:)
