This is the dress I want to use for my wedding! Maybe in a cream color or black and white. Some other pattern on the bottom maybe repeated for the belt? Ahh Ohh I wish…Dreaming…

i remember seeing this dress back when it was posted over a year ago. i instantly fell in love an wished that my 2009 prom dress could be as gorgeous! unfortunately i lack the sewing skills and i was not able to go to a dressmaker in time so i missed out. but things will turn out much differently this year! i stumbled upon burdastyle on etsy and saw they were selling this sample. i had to have it!! so it is with great joy that i will dawn this gorgeous dress of my dream on not only my senior prom night, but my birthday as well :) i am so excited and i want to thank burdastyle for making such a beautiful and stunning gown…i am honored to be able to wear it!

Everything about this dress is delightful. It is wonderfully different. Eclectic at its best.
The satin and light weight floral fabric combo is something special.

stunning dress!! a little busy, “beads” at neckline are distracting and do not match the “feel” of the rest of the dress – my preference would be to leave them off. i would like to see the dress done entirely in a solid color—the red is lush!!—with foot and leg wear same color—this would be quite elegant. and the young woman modeling the dress is elegance incarnate! i do like the red/blue combination—this pattern offers room for many interpretations. in my opinion, this dress is great for prom as well as weddings. as for many girls these days wearing less, dare to be different—you will stand out from the crowd by not wearing " the uniform"…

I am sorry, but this dress just has waaaaaay too much going on for me…the red plastic stick ons around the neckline, the (oddly) pinned up boofy hem, and the floral net underskirt are just too many visuals..where do you look? What is the focus here? And I have to admit, when I first glanced at the multiple views, I thought it was a maternity gown…then I saw “Prom” in the description and I thought..“wow, are they making prom maternity now?” hahaha….well, to each his/her own..I am sure there are many admirers of this, but just my two cents….thanks!

I can’t wait for my own prom this June. This dress is gorgeous. It’s very steampunk and its something that, after prom, I could use in cosplays.

Wel, honestly, I might be put off by the strong color, but I think this might be a little much for a prom dress. i agree that this variation would make a great wedding dress. But as a prom dress…umh, I think girls are wearing a lot less these days

Gorgeous! This variation would also make a great wedding dress. To bad for me—my own prom and wedding are long past!
