Queens, New York...
This is refashion of an old shirt my boyfriend loved but was going to throw away because it didn’t fit him anymore…
Instead of giving to the Salvo, I cut off the front of the shirt, bought a recycled cotton tee that fit and some embroidery floss in a nice contrasting color. I simply pressed the edges over with the iron, pinned it to the new shirt and whip-stitched around it! Tada! Brand new t-shirt!
It did this a while ago and finally got around to uploading it.
old t-shirt, new t-shirt made from old t-shirts, embroidery floss
