The Palmetto Sta...

This was supposed to be for my 1 year old but of course you can see the model is NOT 1. The pattern said for 21 to 25 pounds. My baby is 21 pounds. Well, I guess Anna have a pair of spring crop rompers, cool outs what ever you call them. I was trying to make them look like the children’s boutique outfits.

Material Notes

Leftover denim from Anna’s Jalie’s, pink heart cotton, beautiful LARGE heart buttons I found on Ebay

Garment Type
Beach, Casual, Classic
Cotton, Denim

So adorable! The pink trim fabric really does make them look like they came from a kid’s boutique. Funny that the size was so off..? Your model looks really pleased to be wearing them!

Thank you. I think I should have followed the height instead of weight. But hey, it’s all good because it will still get its wear. Hehe

What a great outfit! Perfect for such a little cutie! Love the flounces on the legs and the buttons you chose.

Thank you so much. Ann likes the buttons. She says they look like candy.

lovely! it looks like she loved it! What pattern did you use? and how tall is your girl? I think my little one would like to have one, too! PS: I just made her an apron top supposed to be for an 18-24months old, and it fits her nicely, despite her being a size 4-5 …. go figure!

My daughter is 3 ft 9 in tall and the pattern is Butterick 4841. The pounds were 22-25 not 21-25. One pound shouldn’t have made a big difference. But if i had paid attention to the height, I may been able to alter from there. It’s says 29-30 inches tall. I don’t know if it was me or the pattern. But it’s still cute. And my daughter paired it with her pin k flip flops witih beads.
