I designed this skirt for my Spring 2011 collection but it has proven to be a really great skirt for all seasons. I started by draping the design on a dress form and had the idea of making really roomy cargo style pockets that were military inspired but still feminine. I went through several versions of the sample before getting the cut and fit to be just right. This skirt has been really popular in my Etsy shop and has now spread across the internet… I often get requests for the pattern but just haven’t had time to put that together just yet.
