Los Angeles, Cal...
I made this Sewaholic Renfrew pattern with this great heart and bones fabric from Mood. It is a polyester jersey fabric. I used a matte black polyester knit fabric for the bands. This pattern went together quickly and easily. I was able to put together the entire thing on my serger except for the tiny stitching of the v-band before sewing the band to the v-neck. The one thing I would say is follow the instructions in the pattern! I went ahead and started doing the v-neck like I have in the past, and her way is not only much easier, it doesn’t even require clipping of the V! This is a great pattern…just a few tweaks to get the curves exactly fitting to my waist and hips and a little addition to the length and it will be the perfect tee! Side note: I have a long torso and like to wear my tee’s covering my waistband…so it is unlikely most will have to lengthen the Renfrew.
