A few years ago my grandmother made a lot of aprons to sell at a local christmas market. She gave one of them to me. While I loved the fact that she made it herself the apron was pretty ugly. Brown fabric with brown empty flower pots on them – not exactly my taste …
I had some fabric left from the laptop sleeve and decided to make a new apron out of it. I copied my grandmothers pattern and made a few alterations. It was pretty much fun collecting ideas – you can also see the “inspiration board” page from my sketchbook in the photos.
