This was a project that I did for a friend’s doll in exchange for a service…..she had an idea of what she wanted for her doll and color choices and then I ran with it. Major seams were done on the machine, but embroidered scrollwork details, tassels and beading were all done by hand (I made teeny little golden thread tassels that were no bigger than 3/8" each!)
Bra top, mini bolero, and “I Dream Of Jeannie” hat were made of silk organza…….and the remaining parts of the costume were made of silk chiffon. The doll that is modeling the outfit is 22 inches tall.
