Happy, pretty comic girls on a corset peplum.

Scarborough, Uni...

You see here a corset peplum.First I always make the top part and put some interfacing in for some extra support. When this part is sewn together I ad the peplum and then it all starts over again with the lining.I wanted something happy and colourfull and I think the girls are lovely.Maybe I could have mixed them up a little bit better, but ala, that’s freedom of the maker….
It closes in the front with eyelets and a ribbon and the lining is a kind of orange with lovely embroidery.

Material Notes

cotton,lace,interfacing,synthetic lining

Garment Type
Casual, Evening Wear, Goth/Gothic Lolita, Romantic, Victorian
Chiffon, Corduroy, Cotton, Denim, Eyelet, Linen
