In September I have bought my 1st sewing machine. That time I did not even know how to thread it. Since, I have finished novice sewing school, have made few pieces and learned a lot – but still have a lot more to learn and practice.
This was the dress I made for New Year’s Eve. There are a lot of mistakes – I’m not quite satisfy how I did bias tape, for example. But it has served it purpose – I have got a lot of compliments for the styling :)))
It was based on Contour Bust Dress and I think I am going to use this pattern a lot! For the lower part, I was using Simple Simon & Co Bubble Skirt tutorial, link http://www.simplesimonandco.com/p/tutorials.html.
Hope you like it!
