This little black dress is made of a sheer fabric with velvet like little flowers all over it. I don’t know the name of it. Because of the sheerness I lined it. I used Burdastyle magazine’s 6/2012 #126 pattern. I sewed up the front and I attached apron like ties to each side so that I could tie it in the back. There seemed to be too much fabric in the back.
I love this dress because it’s comfortable and light.
1.5 yards of lining, and a sheer fabric that I don’t know the name of, thread
