I bought this fabric last year and was planning on making a JJ but never got around to it. Then when this blouse pattern came out, I suddenly got the urge to buy it and start making it. I really like it but am not sure if i can wear it without something high-waisted. I think I like it with the boots and jeans, and I also thought a waist belt may bring in the puff.
Sorry the pics have a glare on the shirt, it’s just so white!
This also marks the start of all my projects being completely serged, I LOVE my overlocker! Looks wonderfully professional on the inside and feels like a real garment!

I really loved this pattern from the moment I first saw it, and I love your version! Can’t wait to get mine done too, did you find it easy to construct?

Yes it comes together quite well, the thing that took the longest for me was making sure my button holes were in line with the one next to it and above it, but it worked out :)
Will be good to see more versions!!

Oh, it’s lovely! I was thinking of making this blouse & having seen it made up by a real person (and not just in the beautifully styled magazine pictures) I now know that it works in real life too. I’ve got a fabric in my stash marked out for this too – yay & thanks for reminding me about this pattern :)

I was considering making this top, and now that I have seen your version I definitely want one!! It looks great on you! And I personally think it looks great untucked as well as tucked, and a cinched belted waist would look awesome too!

Love this! I’m hoping to make it too. Nothing better than a lovely fresh white shirt. And very exciting about the overlocker. I’ve “borrowed” my mum’s and I don’t think she’ll ever be able to get it back from me.

Nice!! Having an overlocker must be great! I made it, too, but more oversized and not as a blouse, just finished it yesterday.

Would be great if you did! My favourite thing about this website is seeing the same pattern interpreted in so many ways. And also, thankyou :)
