I designed and hand knitted this for my GCE course in textiles, and sewed the collar on a sewing machine. Whole thing took most of my free time over the course of a few weeks. I developed the knitting pattern by looking at an existing pattern for a jumper and calculating the number of stitches needed, changing the length, and made up my own pattern for the back.
Acrylic wool, cotton collar
