These are fairy wings I made for Halloween.
I got some thick wire (10g?) and formed it into the shapes I wanted, making sure to leave wire at the end to tape all the pieces together. I covered each piece with red pantyhose, painted the designs, and covered them again with black sheer pantyhose. I taped it all together with electrical tape, attached ribbon to go over my shoulders and covered the tape with fake black roses and silver bells.
Wire, pantyhose (red and black), silver fabric paint, black electrical tape, black and red non-wired ribbon, black fake roses, small silver Christmas bells
My friend Cam for showing me how to do it.
