For this blouse I have used basicly a pattern from BWOF.I have modified a lot,because was too short at the waist(because habituelly any pattern for the upper for me is shorter with 2-3 cm,and I have to make it longer).
At the closure of the sleeves I added a form of bell(manchette).
This blouse I solved the closure,in the following way:I sewed snaps on the bords of the closure and on the extern side I sewed bows from the same fabric.
