I’m a huge fan of Batman and Superman, so I decided to make my own superhero glove. My original design was a little different. I wanted the glove to have clear silicone finger tips and clear strips attaching them to a palm grip to have the look of a bare hand, but if you were a superhero you wouldn’t want to get your finger prints everywhere, so the finger tips on the gloves would protect your secret identity. ;) But that wouldn’t actually work, so I modified the design and made this sort of “prototype”. I’m eventually going to make another version closer to the original design.
I made this one in a few hours. I didn’t have a pattern.
It’s made out of grey pleather and it closes at the wrist with a snap. I painted the exposed seams black. The pleather I used is really too thick. It should be thinner for practicality, but then again, I guess superhero gloves aren’t really practical anyway. XD
I included a picture of a rough sketch before I made the glove, but it’s not the original design.
