Description

It’s a Sorbetto. That I lengthened. And added Mena Trott’s sleeve pattern, which is somewhere on the sew weekly website if you want it.

Too many photo effects? Never.

Material Notes

A gigantic muumuu from Goodwill. I’m thinking it’s cotton or a cotton blend. And it’s sooooooo soft.

Thanks everybody! Yeah, I love going to Goodwill for fabric. The best part: in most cases, no hemming required!

Pretty! I’ve seen sorbettos around earlier but never as a dress before. Such a good idea!

The print of this dress is wonderful. I have never thought of taking an old thrifted dress and using the fabric for a new one. Very creative!
