Another pair of house shoes made from thick upholstery fabric and synthetic fleecy lambs wool type stuff. They are very snuggley! I used a lot of fleece to pad the soles. Also I sewed these ball-like buttons on top of regular buttons, just because.

Hi Bubbley, if the pattern were my own creation I would love to share it, but I actually purchased it from a seller on etsy.com. I definitely would recommend the pattern, tho, it is for sure worth the price. However, if your mom has larger than size 9-10 (US) feet, you might have some trouble because while the pattern goes up to size 11 (US), I think the scaling is a bit off. The cord pair I made first didn’t fit me, so I had to make the size ten, (I wear a 9-9.5) and they still could stand to be just a tiny bit longer. I’m not sure how easy it would be to enlarge a shoe pattern. If you’re making them for small feet, however, go for it and just make the shoes 1-2 sizes bigger!! here’s a link to the pattern: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=vt_related_2&listing_id=33976908
