Description

I bought this pattern a few years ago… (Simplicity 7115) I thought it was too complicated so I left it to the side occaisonally taking it ought to ponder over. Also it was in German and without a little more sewing knowledge there was not a chance I could manage it! But I found out that it was surprisingly simple but the instructions were dumb!

I didn’t use the reccommended material (should have been a very light chiffon type material) and instead fell in love with a slightly stiffer cotton. It came out really well! It is a little like a balloon dress.

If I make it again I would lengthen the straps and narrow the front clevage bodice (It is a little big!). Also I would like to try with a lighter material.
