I am so thrilled with how this dress turned out. The original pattern is for a size 34 – this I am not. I am more a 44 possibly 46. I really liked the dress and read up on how to grade a pattern to fit a bigger size. I would recommend http://www.threadsmagazine.com/item/4424/quick-reference-for-cut-and-spread-pattern-grading – this really explained the process in easy steps
