Let me tell you, this project was a handful and a half! i broke three needles. The denim panels have a small bleached design at the bottom, I’ll write a tutorial If anyone would like to try it. The skirt panels are the legs from two pairs of ill-fitted jeans torn lose with a seam ripper and some scissors sewn together horizontally. It’s quite a chore and hard to work with, but i think the result is unique and charming. :)

I was going to get rid of some jeans, but your project has given me a great idea to repurpose them.

Remember to work slow and steady when machine stitching the denim, your needles can and will break! :)
