Very mad man-esque.
I used the Retro Top pattern, but it was created in a size forty, and I had to take it in significantly.
It helps to put a series of darts in the back (see back picture) and instead of just sewing the yoke piece to the neckline, sew it backwards and then flip it over, iron it, and dart it in a few places so that it stays.
