This is a variation on the Lydia pattern…sort of. I can’t print off patterns very well right now (not the website’s fault, I don’t have a printer/paper right now), so I just traced a shirt that fits me well and lengthened it to be like a dress, going out at a 45 (ish) degree angle instead of straight down. I made the sleeves by guessing, which is why they’re a little bunchy in the armpits, but that’s about all. I made little tucks down the neckline like in the Lydia Dress How-To, only I forgot to put the placket behind it. I’m not sure how that would have changed the outcome, but I’ll have to try it next time considering I’m going to make this dress in every color of knit cotton I can find, it’s so comfortable and flattering!
