I decided to try my hand at making hats. Started with a video tutorial bu HumbleBumbleB on Threadbanger for a pillbox hat, and decided it wasn’t really the style I wanted, so, keeping the sewing technique, I drafted my own pattern. This is the first outcome, and I think it is my favorite, because of the colours, the simplicity of the flower, and the style of the hat. I believe I will keep it for myself! I would choose to wear it with the Woodland Wonderland Jacket especially for the colours, although I would really love it with this English Tudor Coat for style.
Upholstery cotton (scraps for the flower)
