i love this dress and i was wandering how did you make the skirt part so you can adjust like that( go higher or lower by pulling the string) Thank you

Hi Andulka, Thanks for the compliments. The adjusting is possible because i sew tunnels (you can see it on the pictures too if u look closely) and put lints through them. Where the skirt meets the top part, the lints are sewn to the skirt. I made two next to each other every time, so you can tie the two lints together on the length you want the skirt to be. Hope this explains a little. Otherwise, ask and I try to make close-up pictures from how it is made.
