Description

This is a dress I made for the biggest party of the year in college, next february.
It is a bit creased because I travelled with it, I’ll have to iron it before The night !

I also cut a ribbon in the fabric that I wear around the neck (you don’t really see it on the pic).

(( Update : What a great party ! Those pics are a bit blurred but there you can see the colour and the “necklace”… And my lovely boyfriend ! ))

Material Notes

Silk was too expensive for me… So Satin! And an invisible zipper.

    i’m not sure about the neck ribbon, the straps of the dress could be enough detail in that area ;)

    wow. This is pretty. It reminds me of the dress that Keira Knightly wore in ATONEMENT. That emerald green looks so pretty on us fair skinned girls. I was actually thinking about making a maxi style dress in that emerald green ALA the above mentioned dress. Very good work and I love the bunching!
