Burda Style For people who sew
Description
After I made this dress I realized it looked a lot like the stuff I am seeing the 18 year old girls around town wearing. But, I had a bunch of this green polyester material I picked up at the Salvation Army and wanted to make a cute, bright, summery dress. I did a straight skirt, and gathered it, which is actually pretty poofy around the mid-section and unflattering when worn. In the future I would do a bias skirt. the material also always looks really wrinkly… but I shall wear it anyway!
Material Notes
Polyester.... probably the type normally used for lining!
