I used pattern #106B from Burda Magazine 6/95.
The original pattern was a more tailored skirt, made of 3 parts (front and back of a pencil skirt, and an attached draped front).
I wanted a looser, breesier skirt. So my modifications are:
- converted 3 pieces into one. Side seems were ommitted (only 10cm long waist tucks)
- No darts at all
- The waist band is replaced by a 5cm wide elastic band.
Saved a lot of work, and no need for zipper!
60cm lycra, 65 cm elastic band (5 cm wide)
