Hey guys! Thank you for all the wonderful comments! My best friend loved it, those long nights pay off! I got it from a How To “How to make a shoulder bag with pillowcase” Here is the link… http://www.burdastyle.com/howtos/show/83# and the username is Nayantara I just took a regular pillow case and made the measurements from that (also making sure to add inches to allow for seam allowances) The only thing different is I made a lining, hand-sewed a lined-patch pocket on the inside, and made a bow for the front of the bag. This is a lovely bag and I would love to have the pattern or if you can upload the directions. For a beginner like me I would like to start with something like this. Great imagination and great color choices. Thank you for sharing.
