Description

I love this pattern! getting the waistband right is a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it works out fine. I already made another skirt with this pattern!
I used a green cotton, a little heavy. I made it almost entirely according to the instructions. Only thing I changed is the tied ends, I made them a little longer and ending pointy (instead of a straight end) so I can tie them in a knot or a bow. Another variation is to make a (larger) bow at the backside.

My friend has this pattern and I think after seeing your creation I’m going to borrow it and make one for myself – giddy up! :)

This is GREAT! I bought this pattern about a year ago and haven’t made it yet. I even bought fabric for it! Yours turned out so well you have inspired me to finally make one!
