I can’t believe I only managed to make one garment this fall, but happily it’s a good one! A plain gray dress isn’t very exciting, but it’s so perfect for everyday work wear. I like it even better with a sweater and tights!
A magical mystery fabric (rayon/poly blend I’m thinking) that both presses well and doesn’t wrinkle.

No, it’s a simplicity pattern that is very similar, but it has a waist seam and elastic casing under the belt.

Love how it can be the perfect dress for work but with the change of a belt and some jewelry it can be great for a girl’s night out!

Even if it is a simple grey color, I think the right pattern will make it look fab.. You’ve done that..

It looks great! I’m trying to do more sewing for work too, since that is where I send most of my time.
