Dear son is so excited that he now has a ‘fancy’ jacket.
Setting in the sleeve was difficult, and I couldn’t get the gathering effect out.
But he doesn’t mind, so it’s ok. : )
Will try again for a summer time jacket.
For the bottom of the facing, where the lining doesn’t cover, there were no instruction. So I hand stitched it to the hem. I suppose it should have been folded in when the facing was sewn to the front. hmm…
