I had a few fabric scraps and was thinking what to do with them. So, I thought to make a top. Meanwhile I started doing some crochet granny squares. I used the 4/2010 Burda blouse pattern and replaced the frills with my granny squares. The front is made from one kind of fabric and the back from another.
This is what happened when the fabric met the granny squares :)

I have a similar shirt I made and I strecthed my fabric to meet the crochet and when I washed it it has the slightly gathered look. I will post a picture of my project. Great job.
