I made this dress for my graduation from yoga teacher training. When I wore it at the event, it was dressed way down, as in barefoot, un-showered and no jewelry, yay for camping!
But it also looks super fierce with a gold clutch and sandals. I used Simplicity 2692. I knew I wanted a one shoulder dress, but the choices were pretty limited. The design comes across as especially Grecian because of my fabric choice (white crinkle rayon). Although Grecian is definitely better then how it comes across on the pattern envelope, yeesh!
Crinkle-y white rayon, poly lining.
