Bear, Delaware, ...






Named for the Amy Butler fabric I made it from. I adapted the pattern to make it larger (and had to reconfigure the entire interior as a result.) The outside fabric was also quilted by me, though you can’t see it in the picture.

    I lined the edge up with the inner edge of my presser foot (the hole for the needle) and just took it slow.

    Ohh, that’s adorable. And you did an amazing job with the topstitching on the handles- so close to the edge, and yet so straight! What’s your secret?
