I totally forgot that there was a pattern for a super cute blouse in Burda magazine.. It’s pattern #119, from Burda 04/2013.. I liked sleeves and wrap detail with two buttons.. After longer look at the pattern, the decision was made – I’ll make a wrapped dress with this pattern.. For a long time I was saving these two fabrics to combine them into one project.. I’m not crazy about the colors – navy and brown.. It’s a bit boring.. The fabric that I used for bodice is lightweight cotton, and for the skirt I used rayon.. I cut the blouse pattern at the waistline where I added waistband and skirt.. At the back of the bodice, I left the darts like pleats instead of sewing them.. I tried to hide brown stripes by making the pleated skirt..
