Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Zamora’s Prom Dress 4’10: A friend asked me to alter a dress for her very tall 12 year old daughter. I added chiffon front panel & ruffle to add 10 inches to length to this $10 Goodwill find. It was easier said than done in the beginning. Challenge was finding matching fabric or anything close to it in the color, then figuring out how to add the length without it looking like I did. She felt and looked like a princess in it. Mission accomplished!
