Description
wool jacket made using burda magazine pattern
(10, 2010, mod 126)
original pattern is for leather jacket
without linning
with raw edges
and i changed that and fully lined it
..
if i have to make it again
i would go for one size smaller
this one is a bit too big for me
in the shoulder area
(if i bothered to make a muslin
that could have be prevented
but i never ever bother to make a muslin)
..

It’s lovely. The green dress you’re wearing is fabulous as well. The whole outfit looks very autumnal.

What a clever lady you are. I would never have seen past that leather jacket. I never once imagined it in anything other than leather. I love your choice of fabric and those gold buttons. Suits you fabulously! :-)

thank you, janene.. this jacket is resalt of lazy rather then clever hehe.. i’ve cut this pattern last year, and decided to make it work for this jacket, instead of cutting another one
