This is actually the bottom skirt half of the houndstooth “Tea Dress” I made a while back.
Interesting to note how using a fabric with more body can significantly change the look of something.
I drafted this pattern with the help of the Weekend Designer Blog.
Unlike other skirts, a circle skirt pattern is very easy to draft-just some simple math and a lot of floor space.
