Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This child costume dress is inspired by the Beauty And The Beast gold dress that Belle wore. I created the pattern and sewed the dress myself using my machine and some hand stitching. The under bodice has plastic, cased boning sewed on the straight princess seams. The under bodice is sewed to an a-line skirt with tulle used for fullness of the over skirt. The top/over bodice is not boned.
Material Notes
The type of material that should be used is some type of gold satin fabric. You can choose to put a breathable type of material for the under bodice.
