Description
This was one of my very first vintage reconstruction projects, from a few years ago. I took a very long and unflattering brown pleated vintage skirt w/ gold dots, and I gave it new life! It was very time consuming to remove the waste band and ensure that all of the pleats stayed in place when I sewed the bodice on, but I was happy with the result.
