Well, what you see… :) A longtop with an extra bust part made out of the scratch.
Take a band-tee (or any other tee or fabric) for the front part, for the back part some fabric you like, same for the double-layered hem line.
It takes lots of time, but i’s a very classic pattern you can do millions of variations with it : attaching lace trim, studs, bows, whatever.
The style depends on the materials you use.
If you use studs for the strechy bust part, don’t forget to double layer the studded part with a non-stretchy material (some old jeans for example) otherwise the studs will fall off.
