Wagga Wagga, Aus...
Couldn’t help it. HAD to do another pair! I got these second hand. These had a beautiful, perfect set of silver heels, but the fabric was in a sorry state. They also had a bow at the back. By the time i got my hands on them, they were very mangy. I took those off as soon as i could (you can see the rust mark on the fabric).
Again the time taken was in the marking up. I had to do two coats of glitter to cover the marks on the fabric. Then I got the blade out (amazing what you do to ignore a tooth ache) to redefine the edges. Once that was done, out came my new fave – the silver sharpie! Went over ALL the edges to make them nice and sharp. Ta Da! Very happy with the outcome. Enjoy.
I want to thank themisslinds for the original instructions and photos, and emilypeace for lateral thinking. Wouldn’t have known how to get started without you.
Shoes, masking tape, GLITTER, multi-purpose glue, silver sharpie, spray varnish, patience.
