    thanks, i didn’t use a pattern i just measured around my daughters chest under her arms and then used just under double the amount of fabric. I used about ten rows of shirring quite close together as she is as skinny as a rake. for my younger daughter six rows with about an inch between each row, and then just measured the drop.
