Girl's knitted jacket

Added Mar 19, 2014

by Ellen Hatteland

Nedre Vats, Norway

This little jacket is based on pattern #28 Ottobre 06/2012. The fabric is a very delicious knitted wool/mohair and I had to be carefully when I cutting the pieces out. I did use wool bias around the neck, and since it was white I decorated the jacket with a nice matryoshka doll and colorful buttons, so my niece’s lovely daughter would like to wear it :-)

The best and the quickest way to knit a jacket is to sew it, no doubt… I guess I should have it on my mind :-)

Yeah, that’s for sure! I’m not a knitting-person, so for me it’s definitely the quickest way :-))
